−	Una possibilità che ha cometa è quella di creare più commesse dalla stessa offerta. Basti pensare ad una offerta che parte dallo sviluppo di un software che poi evolve nella commessa di sviluppo e successivamente nella commessa per la manutenzione/evoluzione dello stesso software.

−	Una volta compilato tutto il form inziale e salvato, è possibile considerare la Commessa come "attiva" o aperta. Ma ancora l'attività che possiamo strutturare in questa funzionalità non è completa.
−	Lo step successivo prevede che a questa commessa siano allocate delle risorse per lo sviluppo. Per fare ciò basterà cliccare sulla scritta "risorse" in alto a sinistra dello schermo. Una volta cliccato atterreremo in una maschera con l'elenco di tutti i dipendenti. Quando clicco su un nome, questo viene fleggato, e andando a cliccare sulla freccetta che indica verso destra, il/i nominativi saranno spostati nella colonna di destra. Con il tasto ">" o "<" si trasporta solo la/le risorsa/e selezionate, invece con il tasto ">>" o "<<" si trasportano tutte le persone fleggate nell'elenco, nella colonna opposta. Una volta aggiunto le persone desiderate sulla commessa, è possibile aggiungere, ad ogni singola voce, il ricavo giornaliero che mi aspetto di avere per ciascuna persona. Una volta che ho indicato i ricavi stimati, spingo sul tasto "inserisco"e il programma me li porta sotto.

−	Ovviamente se ho inserito dei dati sbagliati o comunque devo andarli a correggere anche in corso d'opera, ho la possibilità di modificare questi importi e di andare a prevedere tante altre informazioni aggiuntive. Come per esempio prevedere delle spese aggiuntive (straordinarie, settimanali o giornaliere) o una diaria, oppure se le risorse devono sostenere reperibilità o lavoro notturno e diverse altre funzionalità aggiuntive. Inoltre è possibile selezionare se si sta applicando una tariffa giornaliera oppure una tariffa oraria, in base a se il contratto si è stipulato con costo fisso della risorsa giornaliera, oppure una tariffa oraria.

−	Una volta definito le persone che lavoreranno su questa commessa, devo indicare le attività che saranno svolte per questa commessa. E per farlo mi basterà cliccare sulla dicitura "Attività" in alto a sinistra (a fianco della dicitura appena cliccata "Risorse"). Se è la prima volta che inseriamo attività sa svolgere su una commessa, la maschera in cui atterreremo sarà vuota, ma sarà possibile aggiungerne una andando a cliccare sul tasto "inserisci". Cliccato sul tasto menzionato precedentemente, atterreremo in un nuovo form di inserimento.
−	L'unico campo obbligatorio qui è la Descrizione dell'attività, ma come sempre, più informazioni si inseriscono e meglio sarà in futuro, anche per analisi successive. Infatti si ha la possibilità di settare, e successivamente anche di modificare, le seguenti informazioni:

−	* Aggiungere le risorse ed inserire le giornate possibili da fare su questa attività (non vincolante), e la data di inizio/fine.
−	* Se l'attività che si stà inserendo è fatturabile oppure no.
−	* Se è fatturabile si può decidere la percentuale fatturabile.
−	* Inserire il blocco ore (Non consente di inserire in timesheet ore oltre le giornate assegnate).
−	* Possibilità di fleggare il Computo Non calcolare ricavi su sforamento giorni preventivati (se la risorsa sfora il numero di giornate, comunque non è possibile fatturare più dello stabilito) / Non calcolare costi su sforamento giorni preventivati (se la risorsa è un consulente esterno e mi ha fatto un preventivo a progetto, se sfora il numero di giornate comunque il costo rimarrà invariato).

−	Una volta inserito e compilato i campi sopra descritti per ciascuna attività necessaria, tornando nella sezione delle commesse, avrò un elenco con tutte le attività inserite. Quando il progetto è iniziato, e se le persone allocate compilano il timesheet quotidianamente, monitorando questa schermata avremo già molte informazioni interessanti. Come per esempio quanti sono i giorni complessivi stimati, quanti giorni sono stati lavorati/lavorati approvati (consolidato al mese precedente) e quanti ne restano.
