The new smart Homepage appears once logged into Cometa, and differs for various user profiles.

Depending on the current user profile, the homepage may contain:

  • a summary in a calendar format of the worked hours filled in by the user for the current month,
  • the activities that are assigned to the user, in Kanban format (arranged in lists, based on the state of each activity)
  • one news in evidence
  • a list of useful links
  • a list of links specific for the person
  • the announcements/news published by the company
  • the instructions for the download of the mobile app

Calendar timesheet: shows a summary of the timesheet filled in by the user for the current month, and allows to browse the previous months.

My Activities: this section shows all the activities assigned to the user and helps to manage their workflow, dragging and dropping the various activity items between the available columns. Moving an item from one column to another will automatically change the state of the related activity.

  • Activities in progress: the activities currently in a working state
  • Open activities: the activities that have been assigned to the user, or that the user has autonomously created and assigned to himself, and that still have to be taken over.
  • Suspended activities: activities that are in a standby state, mainly because of missing information/feedback that must be provided by others
  • Resolved activities: activities done and concluded, waiting for the customer or the customer contact person that has requested the activity. Usually the customer or the customer contact person is the user supposed to change the state of the activity to Close, letting it out of the dashboard.

Link utili: l'amministratore di Cometa può configurare dei link esterni (ad altri applicativi o pagine web) che vengono visualizzati in homepage a tutti gli utenti. Ad esempio il link alla intranet aziendale o alla webmail, etc.

Link personali: l'utente, se ne ha i permessi, può configurarsi una lista di link utili da avere sempre a disposizione nella propria homepage.

App Cometa per smartphone In HomePage è inoltre presente il link per saricare l'App Mobile. Per accedere anche da mobile alle funzionalità di Cometa, basterà scaricare l'app dal Google play su android, e dall'App Storre su iPhone. Usa le tue credenziali (username e password sono le stesse con cui ti sei appena loggato) e come "Cometa ID" inserisci: "IdRiportatoInQuestoSpazioPerlaTuaAzienda".
